INGREDIENTS: 4 cups (600g) unbleached plain flour, plus extra for dusting and kneeding, 1 (7g) satchet of
dry yeast, 1 1/2 cups (375ml) warm water, pinch of sugar, brown or caster, 1/4 cup (60ml) olive oil, plus extra
for brushing, 1 teaspoon of sea salt.
DIRECTIONS: Combine water, yeast and sugar in small bowl and set aside for 5 mins. Combine flour and salt
in large mixing bowl and make a well in the centre. Add yeast mixture and oil. Mix with spatula until combined.
Bring dough together in bowl with hands. Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 10
minutes or until smooth. Brush the mixing bowl lightly with oil. Place dough into bowl and turn to coat in oil.
