How To Make Granola

INGREDIENTS: 2 cup (180g) rolled oats, 1 cup of mixed raw nuts or a natural fruit and nut mix, 1 cup
desiccated coconut, 1/4 cup sunflower seeds, 1/4 cup pepitas, 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil or organic extra
virgin coconut oil, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1/2 cup maple syrup and a pinch of salt

DIRECTIONS: Preheat the oven to 150 degrees C . Line one large baking tray with baking paper. Combine all
ingredients in a large bowl and mix until combined. Spread the mixture onto the baking sheet, using a spatula,
gently press and compact the mixture a little bit (this will help form some clumps). Bake until golden brown
and dry, rotating the tray once during the process, approximately 20 minutes. Allow to cool, and then break
into clumps. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
